Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Fire & Security division and are looking for a skilled and motivated Fire and Security Service Engineer to join our team covering the NG postcode area and surrounding region. The Role As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for servicing and maintaining a wide range of fire and security systems across commercial properties throughout the NG postcode area. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our clients’ systems remain fully operational, reliable and compliant. Your daily responsibilities will include: Servicing and maintaining fire and security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Fire Alarms Providing high-quality service to commercial clients, ensuring their systems are safe, secure and compliant Troubleshooting and carrying out repairs to minimise disruption to clients’ operations Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits Completing service reports and relevant system documentation Building strong working relationships with customers and site contacts Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Strong technical knowledge of Fire & Security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Fire Alarms Proven experience working with these systems within a commercial environment A Full UK Driving Licence The ability to work independently and manage your own workload Comfortable travelling across the NG postcode area and surrounding East Midlands region Good customer service and communication skills What We Offer Competitive salary of £30,000 - £38,000, depending on experience Company vehicle, phone and laptop 25 days holiday + bank holidays, with the option to buy more Pension scheme Generous overtime opportunities £180 standby allowance 1 in 12 call-out rota Bonus scheme Travel time paid Private Medical & Dental Care for you and your family Continued training and personal development to help you grow in your career Why Join Us?
