About the Role
We are looking for a technically skilled, commercially aware Technical Sales Manager to support and grow the use of CELtek, our Control and Energy Management System for street lighting and traffic assets. This isn’t a traditional sales role. It suits someone from a field technician, service engineer, or electrical background who enjoys working with customers and solving technical challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Support customers in using and understanding CELtek
- Conduct site surveys and produce technical reports
- Deliver training and technical presentations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify opportunities to expand system use and product adoption
- Assist with tenders and support commercial growth
Where You’ll Work
UK-wide, mainly Midlands & M25. Mix of home-based, on the road, and office (1 day/week). Travel to customer sites and occasional overnight stays.
What We’re Looking For
- Electrical experience or training
- Comfortable with customer-facing management systems
- Strong IT skills (MS Office)
- Confident presenter with excellent communication skills
- Organised, motivated, and professional
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
