The Company
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading live events production company for a Technical Project Manager to join their growing projects team. This is a crucial role in steering the event project process.
If you are an experienced live events project manager, then this may be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing client relationships through the event production process
- Taking clear and detailed client briefs and advising on technical solutions
- Develop event designs including preparing CAD plans
- Creating quotations and proposals
- Specifying event equipment
- Managing project budgets
- Booking & managing on-site crew
- Dealing with venues & performers
- Preparing health & safety documentation
- Promote products and services to create new business
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in the live events industry
- In depth understanding of technical event production
- Able to lead internal teams & freelancers
- Hands on rigging & equipment operation experience is desirable
- Organised & able to work on multiple projects at a time
- High professional standard
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Progression through the company is possible, with in-depth experience as a Technical Project Manager being an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided where required.
