A well-established provider of fire and security solutions is looking to recruit a Multiskilled Service Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial customers throughout Manchester and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a strong security background who is also comfortable working on fire alarm systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on security systems.
- Diagnose and rectify faults on CCTV, intruder alarm, access control, and fire alarm systems.
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
- Build strong relationships with customers through a professional and reliable service.
- Participate in an on-call rota.
Ideal Candidate
You'll have experience working with a range of security systems, with knowledge of fire alarms being beneficial. Experience with any of the following would be advantageous: Galaxy, Paxton, Advanced, Gent, Kentec, Morley. Knowledge of fire extinguisher servicing is desirable but not essential.
