Salary/Package: £26,437 - Starting Salary, Van/Fuel Card, PPE (£145 a week)
Client: My client specialises in all types of Health Sector projects, ranging from full ward refurbishments, change of use, general facilities and building maintenance.
Purpose Of the Role: To carry out weekly reactive maintenance and PPM work in NHS Trust Buildings, throughout the Northwest to south Cumbria.
Key Duties:
- Undertake general PPM checks including fire alarm tests, flushing water outlets, as well as visual/operational inspection to mechanical equipment such as heating appliances, sump pumps, door access controls etc., and record water temperatures.
- Receive instructions from the supervisor and carry out small to medium repairs.
- Work in partnership with other operatives to complete works.
- Record and complete task sheets, time sheets, PPM check sheets all via PDA/Smart Phone.
You must have or hold:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- DBS Checked (Need not apply if unable to pass)
- Experience in carpentry, basic plumbing, plastering, and tiling, PPM checks (Desirable)
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations (Desirable)
- Hold relevant training such as Working from Heights, Manual Handling, Asbestos...
