Position: Static Building Service Engineer

Location: Farringdon area of London (EC1A)

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £42,000 to £47,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a Static position based in the Farringdon area of London.

This position will be dealing with planned & maintenance as well as fault finding for a small number of commercial building based in the same courtyard.

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in building services maintenance. They need to be a minimum of a level 2 qualified in electrical as well as 18th Edition, however level 3 is preferred. This is a multi skilled position, so we do require this person to have experience in electrical and mechanical building services maintenance.

Requirements

Strong background in Commercial Building Services Maintenance

Minimum of a level 2 electrical qualification

18th Edition

Based in a commutable distance to Farringdon

Flexible working attitude

Must be multi skilled

Package

Site hours 8am until 5pm

Excellent basic salary

Small amount of out of hours overtime available

Pension

25 days holiday plus bank holidays
