An established and forward-thinking IT services provider based in Leeds is looking for a talented 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their growing technical team. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer support.
The Role: You’ll be providing hands-on technical support to a wide range of clients, resolving IT issues quickly and professionally while ensuring a great customer experience. The position covers both 1st and 2nd line responsibilities, offering plenty of scope to learn and progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and general networking setups
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where needed
- Deliver a high standard of service and communication to all users
About You:
- Experience in a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support role, ideally within an MSP background
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and basic networking
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
