We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a Lead position based on a large static site in London.
This position will be working within a multi-story office block occupied by a national company.
The position will be a working supervisor role, managing a small team of engineers while ensuring site compliance.
We prefer this lead to have a strong electrical background to support the mechanical engineers on site. A good health and safety background and a strong understanding of site compliance are essential.
This position could also suit an engineer looking to take their next step into a supervisor role.
Requirements:
- Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
- Experience working as a lead engineer
- Based in a commutable location to central London
- Electrical level 3 qualified preferred
- Additional electrical qualifications such as test and inspect of appointed person are a plus
- Willing to work as a working supervisor
- Good man management skills
- Must be customer service focused
