Location: Kent / Southeast (Hybrid Site 55,000 - 65,000 + Company Benefits My client, an established employee-owned BMS specialist, is looking to recruit an experienced BMS Project Engineer with strong Schneider Eco Struxure Building Operation (EBO) experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering a clear progression path into Project Management, with ongoing training and long-term career development.

The Role You will play a key role in the delivery of Schneider BMS projects from initial software design through to commissioning and handover.

Working closely with senior project managers and engineering teams, you will be responsible for developing control strategies, creating graphics, commissioning systems and ensuring projects are delivered to a high technical standard.

This role would suit a project-focused engineer who is looking to move into project management over the coming years.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop Schneider Eco Struxure Building Operation (EBO) software.

Produce high-quality EBO graphics and user interfaces.

Develop BMS control strategies from initial design through to implementation.

Download and commission software onto Schneider controllers.

Carry out site commissioning, functional testing and fault finding.

Work alongside electrical and mechanical contractors during project delivery.
