An award-winning IT & VoIP solutions provider supporting a growing client base across London and the South is looking for an experienced IT Technician to join its expanding team.
The Role
This is a hands-on, field-based role providing onsite IT support to customers across London and surrounding areas. You’ll act as a key escalation point, delivering high-quality 1st/2nd line support while ensuring SLAs and customer expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support to customers across London & the South
- Resolve escalated technical issues and deliver excellent customer service
- Support Windows Server & Desktop environments (Windows 10/11, Server 2008–2022)
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory & Office applications
- Support networking, connectivity, firewalls, switches & routers
- Manage tickets, documentation, and client communication
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in 1st Line IT Support (2nd Line desirable)
- Strong Microsoft Windows & Microsoft 365 experience
- Networking and connectivity knowledge
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence required
- MSP experience highly desirable
