Multi-Skilled CNC Service Engineer
Location:South West, UK based (Possible Nationwide Travel)
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 Basic + OT

The Company
A well-established CNC machine tool service provider is looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled CNC Service Engineer to support customers across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business.
The Role
As a CNC Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault finding and repairing a wide range of CNC machine tools at customer sites. You will work on both mechanical and electrical issues, supporting customers with breakdowns, preventative maintenance, machine alignments and installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair CNC machine tools.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Ball bar testing and analysis.
- Ball screw inspection, replacement and alignment.
- Turret alignment and machine accuracy adjustments.
- Gearbox repairs and replacements.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic fault finding and repairs.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a CNC Service Engineer
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
- Experience working on CNC machine tools including: DMG Mori, Mazak, Hurco, Haas
- CNC control systems including:Fanuc/Siemens/Heidenhain
- Ability to work independently at customer sites.

- £45,000 - £48,000 Basic Salary (DOE)
