Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm and Access Control Service Engineer to join our growing team. As a field-based professional, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining fire alarm and access control systems in large commercial properties, ensuring safety and compliance for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs of fire alarm and access control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide outstanding customer service by building strong relationships with clients and demonstrating professionalism at all times. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational goals and exceed customer expectations. Communicate effectively and efficiently with both clients and team members, both verbally and in writing. Maintain a full UK driving license and travel between various client sites as required. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in servicing fire alarm and access control systems. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams. Full UK driving license required.
