We are looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Supervisor for a full time, permanent position for a very well established company. This company deals with a very well established contract covering multiple commercial sites that include offices, call centres and depots.
The right person for this position will already have a strong electrical maintenance background with facilities maintenance. They need to have experience supervising or leading a team of facilities engineers, preferably on a mobile basis.
We require this person to have excellent communication skills with the engineers and clients. They need to be able to conduct site surveys, health and safety checks, support the interview process, manage compliance as well as being a hands-on support to the other engineers.
This Electrical Supervisor does need to be holding Level 3 electrical qualification, 2391 test and inspection, 18th Edition and it would be an advantage if they are holding LVAP.
Requirements:- Strong background in Commercial Facilities Electrical Maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Happy to travel across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Hampshire
- Electrical Level 3 qualification
- 2391 Test and Inspection and 18th Edition
- LVAP would be a bonus
- Experience in supervising engineers
- Experience in conducting site surveys and a strong health and safety knowledge
