What You’ll Be Doing Managing the flow of technical drawings, project documents, and reports Ensuring version control and document compliance across the project team Supporting site teams, engineers, and commercial staff with smooth info-sharing Coordinating uploads/downloads via platforms like Viewpoint, 4P, Aconex, or similar Helping enforce document protocols and keeping audits squeaky clean Acting as the go-to for document queries – a central hub of communication! Who We’re Looking For Prior experience in document control (ideally in construction or engineering) Familiar with common document management systems Super-organised, eagle-eyed for detail, and calm under pressure Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced site office and liaising with multiple teams Bonus: Familiarity with Viewpoint, Aconex, Asite, or similar platforms Why Join Us?
