What You\’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating planned maintenance and remedial works with both clients and field engineers.
- Managing follow-up actions such as purchase orders, job updates, and client communications.
- Making sure all work is completed within KPI targets and remains commercially sound.
- Building strong, long-term client relationships, including occasional site visits.
- Handling incoming queries and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Managing emergency callouts in line with contract requirements.
- Completing essential admin tasks such as data entry, document processing, and record keeping.
- Supporting the wider service team to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
