- Manage the onboarding and induction of new engineers, including supporting probationary periods.
- Ensure engineers have the appropriate uniforms, identification, equipment and documentation to meet company compliance requirements.
- Work closely with internal operations and project teams to coordinate engineering resources and maintain clear communication.
- Handle operational escalations, helping resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Support the planning and coordination of engineer training and development.
- Assist with maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency across the region.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Engineering Team Leader, Service Supervisor, Deputy Service Manager or similar role.
- Experience supporting or managing field-based teams, ideally within an engineering, technical services or maintenance environment.
- Strong organisational and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
