We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber with a strong background in commercial maintenance for a full-time, permanent position covering the Bristol area. This Commercial Plumber will be covering commercial sites that include schools, offices, community centres, call centres as well as other commercial sites.
The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial maintenance background. They need to be able to deal with plumbing maintenance work and compliance as well as some installation when needed. We will ask this engineer to support the fabric engineers when needed, dealing with other on-site maintenance that will include a little patch plastering, floor and ceiling tile replacement, basic carpentry etc.
We require this Commercial Plumber to have a minimum of a level 2 qualification. It will be a bonus if they are holding the unvented certificate.

- Based in a commutable location to Bristol

Package:
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
- Pension
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 25 days)
