Position: Electrical Supervisor

Location: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire or Oxfordshire area

Salary: From £45,000 to £46,000 plus company van, travel time and overtime

Duration: Permanent

This is a full-time, mobile position supporting engineers over two regions. It is a hands-on supervisory role with on-site technical support and responsibilities for on-site compliance, on-call rotas, and holiday management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist engineers technically and support them on-site
  • Manage on-site compliance and safety requirements
  • Coordinate on-call rotas and holiday management
  • Be hands-on and willing to pick up tools when needed
  • Communicate effectively with the team and contribute to supervisory duties

Qualifications

  • Strong commercial electrical maintenance experience
  • Level 3 qualification with 18th Edition
  • 2391 Test and Inspection
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Some supervisory experience
  • Willingness to travel to multiple sites across the regions
  • Ability to join the on-call rota
