About the role
We are looking for an experienced Estimating Manager for a full‑time, permanent position within a well‑established company that has a strong standing in the building services and facilities maintenance industry. The Estimating Manager will work closely with the Business Development Manager and Bid Manager to facilitate the sales and estimating of new service contracts throughout the UK. The right candidate will have a strong working background in estimating, particularly with service contracts in facilities maintenance, and will be able to create tender/re‑tender contracts and manage a small team.
