Salary: From £58,000 to £68,000 plus car allowance and package

We are looking for an experienced Technical M&E Contract Manager for a full time, permanent position covering multiple sites in central London. This Contract Manager will be managing a number of commercial sites throughout central London specialising in hard services.

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background as a building services Contract Manager with experience in running M&E service contracts with a value of over £5 million. They will need to have come from a technical background with a mechanical or electrical qualification. They need to have a strong knowledge of health and safety and compliance and be very client focused.

They will be running a team of static and mobile engineers, so we require this Contract Manager to support them technically as well as dealing with skills progression. This will be a fully remote position, with the expectation of being in London for most of the week.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Facilities Maintenance
  • Extensive experience as a Contract Manager
  • Technical Mechanical or Electrical background
  • Full UK driving licence is preferred
  • Happy to travel into Central London
  • Experience in Managing M&E Service Contracts up to a value of £5 Million
  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety and Compliance requirements
  • Very client focused
