BMS Project Engineer
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
Location: London (With some UK travel)
We are currently recruiting for a BMS Project Engineer to join a small but growing, independently owned BMS company.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BMS Engineer with strong Tridium/Niagara experience, alongside knowledge of other BMS platforms, who is looking to take greater ownership of projects.
The majority of projects are relatively small, typically under £50k, and the successful candidate will be responsible for controlling projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, engineers and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control BMS projects from inception through to completion
- Configure, programme and commission BMS systems
- Work across Tridium/Niagara and other BMS platforms
- Liaise with clients, engineers and subcontractors
- Manage project requirements, timescales and delivery
- Provide technical support and resolve issues throughout projects
- Ensure projects are completed to a high standard and within budget
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong BMS engineering background
- Solid Tridium/Niagara experience
- Experience with other BMS platforms
- Comfortable taking ownership and controlling projects
- Strong technical and commissioning knowledge
- Confident dealing with clients and project teams
- Full UK driving licence
