Position: Electrical bias Building Services Engineer
Location: Covering two sites (Hendon and Walthamstow)
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From GBP45,000 to GBP50,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Electrical bias Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position.
This Electrical Building Services Engineer will be covering two sites. They will be spending two weeks at a time at a site in Hendon and two weeks at a site in Walthamstow (rotating)
The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial building services background. It would be preferable if this person already has experience dealing with high end residential sites.
We do need this engineer to be Electrically qualified (level 3) with 18th Edition, 2391 would be a bonus but not essential. They do also have to have a good mechanical building services knowledge.
Requirements
- Strong Commercial Building Services background
- Electrically qualified with 18thEdition
- Good mechanical knowledge
- Experienced dealing with high end residential
- Must be able to commute to the site in Hendon and Walthamstow on a rotating basis
- Willing to deal with all maintenance requirements on site
