My client is seeking an experienced BMS Contracts Manager to oversee the commercial and operational delivery of multiple Building Management System projects across commercial and mixed-use developments. This role suits someone with strong contractual knowledge and a solid technical understanding of BMS systems, capable of managing projects from award through to completion while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction. The successful BMS Contracts Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer BMS contracts
- Oversee project budgets, cost control, variations, and final accounts
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Lead commercial and progress meetings with clients and main contractors
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement processes
- Monitor risk, contractual compliance, and financial reporting
- Support project teams through commissioning and handover stages
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within BMS or building services
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
- Good technical knowledge of HVAC controls and BMS platforms (Trend, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell etc.)
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
