We are looking for an experienced Electrical bias Maintenance Engineer with a strong background of commercial building services maintenance. This engineer will be working on a large prestigious site in Chelsea as part of a small team dealing with mechanical and electrical planned and reactive maintenance.
The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial electrical maintenance background. They need to be electrically qualified and holding 18th Edition. It would be an advantage if this person had 2391, but it is not essential.
As this engineer will be working as part of a team, it would be good if this person has some mechanical knowledge such as basic plumbing, AHU maintenance etc. This engineer does need to be very customer focused due to the nature of the site and the client.
Requirements:
- Strong Electrical Maintenance background
- Based in a commutable location to Chelsea
- Must be electrically qualified with 18th Edition
- 2391 would be a bonus but not essential
- Happy to work Monday to Friday on site (no on call)
- Very client focused
- Experience in working on prestigious sites
