Position: Building Services Engineer

Location: Central London

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £40,000 to £44,000 plus a zone 1-5 oyster card

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a Foot Mobile position covering Commercial Sites in Central London. This position will involve dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance for set sites in the area, which will be pre-booked into the engineer\’s diary in advance.

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background as a building services engineer and hold an electrical qualification with a minimum of 18th Edition; any additional qualifications would be an advantage.

Responsibilities include planned and reactive maintenance that encompasses Emergency Lighting, Water Checks, Socket Changes, AHU Maintenance, Site Compliance, etc.

As this is a foot mobile position, we will provide the engineer with a zones 1-5 travel card to travel from site to site and home.

Requirements

• Strong working background as a building services engineer
• Happy to travel using public transport
• Must have at least 18th Edition
• Able to complete Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance
• Must be able to work from 8am until 5pm on site
• Additional qualifications and training will be an advantage
