6 Month Contract (Potential for permanent role at end of contract)
Role: Providing onsite support, including preventative maintenance, incident management, and reactive support. This role requires a proactive and highly organised individual capable of working independently and collaborating as part of a team.
Duties:
- Working alongside in house AV / IT teams serving as the point of escalation for audio visual faults.
- Conduct daily scheduled preventative maintenance checks and document findings.
- In depth servicing of AV control systems, audio DSPs and network faults.
- Log and manage all incidents accurately.
- Maintain site asset inventory.
- Assisting with the commissioning of integrated solutions.
- Deinstallation and reinstallation of AV equipment as needed.
- Assist with technical site surveys.
- Provide customer training on AV system operation.
- Provide reactive AV support across additional sites where required.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Understanding of networking principles.
- Technical knowledge of AV control systems and audio DSPs. (Knowledge of Extron systems would be a huge plus)
- Excellent fault-finding skills.
