I’m working with a growing and forward-thinking building controls specialist looking to add an experienced BMS Service Engineer to their team in the Bristol area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a field-based role, managing their own workload and delivering high-quality service to a range of clients.
The Role
As a BMS Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and supporting building management systems across commercial sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive callouts
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on BMS control systems
- Supporting customers with technical issues and system optimisation
- Advising on energy efficiency improvements
- Producing clear and accurate service reports
- Identifying system upgrades and feeding back potential opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with standards
Requirements
- Experience working with BMS systems such as Trend, Tridium, Schneider, or Delta

- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Understanding of energy management principles (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
