Overview:
We are working with a leading UK-based distributor within the security and fire industry, supplying CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, Fire, and Gate Automation products across a growing multi-branch network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound sales calls with installers and integrators
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Processing orders, sales enquiries, and quotations
- Managing customer emails and general sales administration
- Supporting trade counter customers when required
- Assisting with general branch duties during busy periods
About You:
- Experience in a B2B sales, internal sales, or customer-facing role
- Confident communicator, especially over the phone
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Basic IT and data entry skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
