Due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of managed service contracts, the company is seeking a skilled and motivated engineer to join their East London-based team. Working on a static site, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimisation of critical building systems, helping clients improve energy performance and operational efficiency.
The Role:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems.
- Diagnosing faults and undertaking remedial and corrective works.
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of building controls and automation systems.
- Working as part of a dedicated managed services team on a prestigious site.
- Primarily working with Trend BMS systems, with opportunities to gain exposure to and training on other leading platforms.
- Contributing to the ongoing optimisation and performance of building services.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience working with BMS systems in a service, maintenance, or commissioning capacity.
- Experience with Trend systems is preferred, although engineers with knowledge of other BMS platforms will also be considered.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
