Position: Fabric Engineer Location: Central Birmingham Duration: Permanent Salary: From £32,000 to £33,500 (plus package and assistance towards travel costs) We are looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer for a full time, permanent position in the centre of Birmingham This Fabric Engineer will be covering multiple sites (all walking distance) throughout the centre of Birmingham. Dealing with planned and reactive maintenance for these commercial sites They will be dealing with monthly and weekly maintenance checks that will include basic plumbing, carpentry, floor and ceiling tiles as well as legionella testing, water flushing etc. It would be a major advantage if this person has some experience dealing with plant room and ahu maintenance. This is foot mobile position, however, we are willing to contribute to some of the travel costs to get into Birmingham. Requirements Strong background in commercial building service maintenance Based in a commutable location to the centre of Birmingham Preferably holding a level 2 maintenance qualification Experience as a commercial fabric engineer /maintenance engineer Must be happy to cover multiple sites in the centre of Birmingham Experience working on ahu’s and plant rooms would be a major advantage Package Excellent basic salary Monday to Friday position No on call 8am to 5pm on site Pension 25 days plus bank holidays If you are interested in this position please send your CV or contact Wendy Evemy ASAP SER-IN
