Position Overview
As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you'll play a key role in servicing and carrying out small works on essential fire and security systems. You'll be based out in the field, working on a range of exciting projects across large commercial properties, and ensuring our clients' safety and security systems are operating to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and complete small works on fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide top‑notch customer service, demonstrating professionalism in every interaction
- Collaborate effectively within the team to achieve goals
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Work with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail and safety
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in servicing fire and security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.)
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Clear communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Wireless system experience is a bonus
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
