We are seeking an organised, confident, and motivated Administration & Procurement Support Assistant to join our growing operations team. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in construction operations, procurement, and project support. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Working directly alongside the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting live construction projects by coordinating supplies, maintaining site documentation, tracking costs, and communicating with suppliers and site teams. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys being at the centre of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement & Supplier Coordination
- Organising materials, plant, and supplies for live construction jobs
- Speaking with suppliers from tender stage through to job completion
- Obtaining quotes, placing orders, confirming deliveries, and resolving issues
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Supporting procurement tracking across multiple projects
- Site & Operations Support
- Communicating confidently with site operatives to support job requirements
- Creating and maintaining site files, job packs, and documentation folders
- Collating and checking weekly site packs and project paperwork
- Updating planners, schedules, and delivery timelines
