We're looking for a creative and technically minded 3D & Graphic Designer to join an in-house creative team within a busy commercial and live events environment.

Working closely with Project Management, you'll help bring technical event proposals and concepts to life through high-quality 3D visualisations, animations, graphic content and print artwork for a range of blue-chip clients.

This is a varied role suited to a designer who enjoys combining creative design with technical skills, working across 3D visualisation, animation, print, video and presentations.

The Project Manager will provide the client brief and requirements, allowing you to focus on developing and delivering the creative work.

Responsibilities

  • Visualise forthcoming events using Cinema 4D and/or Blender, alongside asset creation in Adobe Creative Cloud, including still renders, fly-through animations and VR environments where required.
  • Assist Project Managers with event proposal designs and concepts.
  • Design and create animated content using Adobe Creative Cloud and Cinema 4D/Blender.
  • Design and prepare large-format print artwork, including working with print suppliers to arrange production and delivery of printed goods.
  • Carry out video editing and conversion tasks, as well as creating Power Point and Keynote presentations.
  • Work on multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of design, organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Knowledge of 3D software, such as Maxon's Cinema 4D or similar.
  • Creativity, an eye for design and the ability to work with different client brands.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interpret briefs.
  • Willingness to learn a wide variety of skills to fulfil the role. Training will be provided where necessary.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Good organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Good working knowledge of Windows and/or Mac systems.
  • Willingness to work unsociable hours when required.
  • An interest in live event production.
