What You’ll Do:
- Lead all phases of enterprise software implementation projects, from initiation and planning through delivery, testing, go‑live, and handover to Support.
- Act as a trusted partner to customer stakeholders, driving projects to successful outcomes.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, typically between three and eight, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and challenges, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal delivery teams, and senior stakeholders across the UK.
- Motivate and coordinate cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and resolving issues to keep projects on track.
What We’re Looking For:
- Five or more years of experience as a Project Manager within software, SaaS, or professional services environments.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Solid understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification, or a willingness to obtain one.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Based in England, with the ability to travel occasionally to customer sites across the UK.
