We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Demand Generation to own and scale our pipeline engine. This is not a “manage from a distance” role. You’ll be leading a smart, globally distributed team, together building campaigns, testing ideas, shipping quickly, and turning signals into revenue. The foundations are already in place: a willing team, a capable tech stack, and real momentum. Now we need someone to take it to the next level and build a high-performance, AI-native demand engine.
What You'll Own:
- Build & Scale Pipeline: Own demand generation end-to-end, from strategy through to execution. Turn campaigns into measurable pipeline and revenue. Identify what’s working (and what isn’t) and move quickly to improve.
- Run High-Impact Campaigns: Drive ABM and multi-channel campaigns across key accounts. Use creativity and street-smarts to combine signals, intent, timing and great execution to engage the right buyers. Continuously test, iterate, and optimise for performance.
- Align Revenue Teams: Work closely with Sales, BDRs, and Product Marketing. Contribute to pipeline targets, forecasting, and GTM priorities. Remove friction across the funnel to accelerate results.
- Own Data & Systems: Build dashboards and measurement frameworks that matter. Use data to drive decisions and prioritisation. Partner with RevOps to scale what works.
- Lead by Doing: Set the pace through hands-on execution. Coach and develop a high-performing team. Create clarity, focus, and momentum across the function.
What You Bring:
- 6–10 years in B2B SaaS demand generation.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue.
- Strong hands-on experience with ABM and multi-channel campaigns.
- Comfortable with modern tools (CRM, automation, AI, analytics).
- Data-driven mindset with a test-and-learn approach.
- Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
- Ambition—you’re ready for a bigger role with real ownership.
Why This Role:
- Real ownership – You own pipeline, not just campaigns.
- Build something meaningful – Scale a demand engine with strong foundations.
- High visibility – Your work directly impacts revenue and growth.
- Hands-on impact – You’ll execute, not just manage.
- Career acceleration – Big scope, high expectations, real growth.
Success Looks Like:
- Consistently exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
- Campaigns that convert into meaningful business impact.
- Clear, scalable systems that improve performance.
- Strong engagement and progression across target accounts.
- A focused, high-performing demand generation team.
