Sequentis Health is a healthcare primary market research consultancy that partners with global pharmaceutical companies to support their most critical strategic decisions. We specialise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with deep expertise across a broad range of therapeutic areas. Our mission is to deliver a superior client experience while fostering personalised career development for our team. We cultivate a culture built on collaboration, commitment to excellence, and continuous growth. At Sequentis Health, you'll be empowered to take ownership of your work, develop your career, and make a meaningful impact.

We are currently seeking a Consultant to join our team. Reporting to a Senior Consultant or Manager, you'll own specific workstreams within healthcare primary market research projects, help drive forward broader project execution and insight development, and start coaching junior team members.

What you'll do:

  • Own and deliver major project workstreams with minimal oversight - from guide development to fieldwork oversight and complex data synthesis.
  • Act as primary delivery owner for assigned tasks, balancing quality, timeline, and strategic alignment, while engaging senior team members at key stages.
  • Lead structured insight development across multiple data sources, framing implications against client objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day client communications for your workstreams, representing the team on key calls for standard projects.
  • Delegate to and oversee Analysts, Associates, and Senior Associates - reviewing quality, flagging risks, and giving feedback.
  • Contribute to proposal methodologies, scope design, and research timelines.
  • Present sections of interim and final deliverables to clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Spot challenges early and bring solutions to the table during delivery.

What you'll bring:

  • Significant hands-on experience delivering healthcare primary market research projects, including materials development, fieldwork management, and analysis support.
  • A track record of owning components of delivery and seeing assigned tasks through to completion.
  • Strong experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies.
  • Some experience guiding or informally coaching junior colleagues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
  • The ability to work independently and juggle multiple competing priorities.
  • A knack for drawing strategic implications and conclusions from data.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, with experience creating clear, client-ready reports and presentations.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

What's on offer:

  • Competitive salary plus discretionary annual bonus.
  • Annual Leave: 25 days + 8 bank holidays (with additional days in the 5th and 9th year, in recognition of long service).
  • Hybrid working.
  • Private Medical Insurance.
  • Life Assurance.
  • Private Pension.
  • Flu Jabs.
  • Eye Test.
  • EAP.
  • Access to Employee Benefits Platform.
  • Gym access.
  • Cycle to Work Scheme.
