Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Negotiator located in Winsford. The Sales Negotiator will handle day-to-day tasks such as meeting with clients to discuss their property needs, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing them with professional and well-informed advice, and achieving sales targets.

- Experience as Estate Agents and in Sales
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Lettings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
