Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Valuer based in Birmingham. The Sales Valuer will be responsible for conducting valuations of residential and commercial properties, providing accurate market appraisals, and advising clients on achieving the best possible value for their property. The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, offering exceptional customer service, and collaborating closely with the wider team to meet sales objectives and provide support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Estate Agency or a similar sales field.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Local market knowledge of Birmingham and the surrounding areas is advantageous.
• Must have a valid UK driving license.
