We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to help build our platform and suite of AI products. You’ll be an individual contributor with strong UX, UI and visual design fundamentals, comfortable shipping real products fast, and deeply curious about how design and technology intersect. Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll own the UX of our core Legal OS product suite, working closely with product, engineering and leadership in a fast-moving, technical environment.
- Core Product Design
- Own end-to-end UX across our Legal and AI products
- Move fluidly from strategy to execution
- Design clear, usable, high-quality interfaces for lawyers and legal clients
- Work daily with product and engineering to ship quickly
- Contribute to product process and team growth
- How You’ll Work
- Design in or alongside the browser, not just in Figma
- Work comfortably with front-end primitives (components, tokens, HTML/CSS, React)
- Prototype and experiment using code or AI-assisted tools where it helps
- Design AI-native experiences (human-in-the-loop, trust, ambiguity)
- Develop design systems, handle edge cases and chase polish
- Digital & Brand Design
- Design digital assets for marketing, launches and landing pages
- Collaborate with Creative Studio and Marketing on public-facing work
- Contribute to the evolution of Lawhive’s visual identity
