Tilt is at the forefront of commerce, building a net-new way to buy and sell online. As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re building up our marketing team and seeking a Growth Hacker to work on defining the next stage of our marketing and acquisition strategy to take the business to the next level.

This is an exciting role for someone who wants to operate at the center of a fast-scaling consumer tech company, shaping how we acquire new users, retain our existing cohorts and build our marketing engine for the future.

About Tilt

Tilt’s mission is simple: Make Commerce Alive. From static store website builders to impersonal marketplaces, today's ecosystem is aging fast. It was built for transactional experiences, not for the new generation of merchants who grow through attention, community and personality.

In the UK alone, millions of shoppers, from sneakerheads and Y2K girlies to collectors and parents, have signed up to Tilt. Our platform has helped sellers go from zero to £1M+ in earnings, and hundreds more earn above the UK median income. And we are just getting started.

Your Mission

We’re looking for a Growth Hacker who sits at the intersection of product, data, and marketing. This role is about finding leverage: identifying growth loops, running fast experiments, and scaling what works inside and outside of the product — not just through paid spend.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, marketing and our categories team to unlock new acquisition channels, improve activation, and build durable growth systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and run rapid growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
  • Identify and build scalable growth loops directly into the Tilt product
  • Partner with engineers to ship growth features, integrations, and automations
  • Analyze funnel performance end-to-end and surface high-impact opportunities
  • Own experimentation frameworks: hypotheses, A/B tests, measurement, and iteration
  • Explore unconventional channels (platform integrations, virality, community, creator-led growth)
  • Turn early wins into repeatable, documented growth playbooks

Who You Are

  • 2–5+ years experience in growth, product marketing, growth engineering, or analytics at a startup, consulting, finance or high-growth product company
  • Strong analytical instincts — comfortable with metrics, SQL, dashboards, and experimentation
  • Product-minded: you think in terms of user behavior, incentives, and loops
  • Technical fluency — you don’t need to be an engineer, but you can collaborate deeply with them
  • Bias toward action: you ship, measure, and iterate quickly

Nice to have

  • Experience growing creator, marketplace, or social products
  • Familiarity with AARRR funnels, cohort analysis, and lifecycle metrics
  • Experience launching new markets or distribution channels from zero
  • Past work where growth was driven by product changes, not just ads

Why Tilt

  • You’ll be joining a mission-driven team backed by world-class investors (TechCrunch)
  • You’ll own meaningful systems from day one, with real scope and autonomy
  • You’ll work alongside curious, kind, and wickedly smart teammates
  • You’ll help redefine how millions of people shop online

Location: On-site (5 days a week from London, King’s Cross office)

Perks & Benefits âž• 29 days off, plus UK
