Responsibilities:

  • Under general direction, serves as medical expert and contributes to strategic product plan for the region/country.
  • Implements strategy for scientific interactions with the medical community including key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups.
  • Supports medical affairs operations on logistical planning and implementation of projects, including supporting and delegating activities to ensure prompt turnaround and project success.
  • Coordinates the review of Investigator Initiated Research (IIR) study proposals.
  • Serves as medical consultant and supports commercial, marketing and sales organizations.
  • Leads Medical Science Liaisons and develops strategy and plans for medical information exchange with key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in pharmacy/medicine (MD, PhD, PharmD)/advanced life science degree preferred.
