Sepura is seeking an NPI Engineer to drive the complete lifecycle from concept to production and support, based in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire. You will use DFMA to transfer products into PCBA, final assembly and packing, coordinating with contract manufacturers for high-volume output.
You will lead design for manufacture decisions, manage prototypes and develop equipment and processes to meet yield and capacity targets. Travel to suppliers and customers is expected.
