The Senior Project Manager will be involved in the whole lifecycle of complex new product development projects and programmes involving hardware and software from concept to volume production whilst managing risks, budgets, personnel, and objectives.

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will have at least 7-10 years’ experience in managing complex projects ideally for mobile communications solutions or similar technical landscape in a cross-functional setup.

Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge.

Role:

  • Be accountable for delivering high visibility technology solutions to scope, time, budget and quality working in partnership with Senior Technical Leads and Product Managers.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Show willingness and capability to think laterally and pragmatically to find solutions to problems and remove roadblocks.
  • Have confidence to lead others while understanding when to escalate and ask for wider stakeholder input.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal) within all levels of a business.
  • Apply project management tools and techniques to achieve project objectives, meet schedule deadlines and budget targets.
  • Ensure approaches/techniques are used for building high performing teams, maintaining good team morale and a high level of operating efficiency.
  • Demonstrate leadership by promoting trust and interaction.
