Overview
As Sales Operations Manager, you enable a high-performing sales organisation by delivering data-driven insight, efficient processes, and governance. You partner with senior stakeholders to shape planning, forecasting, CRM usage, and performance reporting, driving sustainable revenue growth. You will scale operations through standardised tools, improved workflows, and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers impact by improving forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and sales productivity within a global business.
Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of annual sales plans and growth strategies
- Manage territory planning, account segmentation and resource allocation
- Develop KPIs, dashboards and reporting frameworks for sales performance
- Lead forecasting process and monitor pipeline health; identify risks and opportunities
- Own CRM system governance, data integrity and user adoption
- Design and improve sales processes; automate where appropriate
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Customer Support and Product teams to enable sales
- Support onboarding, training and incentive compensation administration
Key requirements
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or Sales Analysis
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Experience managing CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or HubSpot
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills; strong Excel and data modelling
- Experience creating dashboards and performance reports
