In this role, you will ensure smooth office operations and effective case management, providing legal support under an attorney\’s supervision. Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients about medical treatment and case updates
- Open and manage claims with insurance companies
- Obtain liens from Medicare, medical, and health insurance providers
- Coordinate property damage inspections
- Arrange and oversee medical treatment on lien basis
- Collect medical records and bills from providers
- Prepare demands to insurance companies
- Manage and maximize medical treatment for settlement
- Negotiate medical liens
- Knowledge of daily legal office operations
- Computer proficiency
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience with case management software
- Strong secretarial and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
