We are a growing personal injury law firm based in California, seeking a self-motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager. In this role, you will ensure smooth office operations and effective case management, providing legal support under an attorney's supervision. Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients about medical treatment and case updates
  • Open and manage claims with insurance companies
  • Obtain liens from Medicare, medical, and health insurance providers
  • Coordinate property damage inspections
  • Arrange and oversee medical treatment on lien basis
  • Collect medical records and bills from providers
  • Prepare demands to insurance companies
  • Manage and maximize medical treatment for settlement
  • Negotiate medical liens
  • Knowledge of daily legal office operations
  • Computer proficiency
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with case management software
  • Strong secretarial and organizational skills
