Responsible for servicing all accounts within assigned territory to maximize profitability, distribution and volume sales and making customers aware of the products distributed by the Company and generate sales consistently.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and service current customer accounts, while acquiring new business prospects.
- Manage and achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Assist in monitoring the activities of the merchandisers in assigned territory.
- Develop ideas to create sales for major accounts.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities, managing time and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Associate Degree in Marketing &/or Business Administration.
- Experience in Field Sales.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent Time Management, Customer Service Skills and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Excellent people skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Must be able to function independently and handle a variety of responsibilities under pressure.

Liaise with Customers, Sales Representatives, Marketing, Warehouse personnel and Managers.
Working Conditions:
- Standing and walking frequently when checking customer store rooms and walking aisles.
