Job overview

We seek a Senior Clinical Perfusion Scientist to join our perfusion team at the Barts Heart Centre. The successful candidate will work with colleagues to develop and grow our specialist clinical services, with a strong emphasis on training and education in perfusion sciences.

• Full accreditation with SOPGBI
• Full registration with COPGBI
• MSc in Perfusion Science

Skills/Abilities

• Strong clinical skills in perfusion techniques
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently

Experience

• Experience in routine and specialist perfusion techniques

Knowledge

• Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practice developments
• Ability to develop protocols and manage emergency situations
