Overview Two posts are available: Based at Royal London Hospital Based at Whipps Cross University Hospital *NHS CLINICAL EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL* The Education Academy within Barts Health is expanding to meet increasing educational needs. The role involves developing educational opportunities for internal medical trainees through various teaching modalities including simulation training, clinical skills, lectures, and bedside teaching. The successful candidates will support undergraduate education and may identify specific clinical components such as AAU, Care of the Elderly, Respiratory, and other medical specialties. Post holders will work across sites, supporting simulation-based training for various specialties, and will be part of our Education Forum and encouraged to undertake a PG Cert in Education. Funding for ILM3 (Leadership & Management Course) will be available for those interested. Responsibilities Develop and deliver educational activities for trainees and undergraduates Support simulation and clinical skills training Collaborate across hospital sites Participate in professional development programs Qualifications and Requirements Essential: NHS clinical experience Additional Information The role is aligned with the hospital\’s mission to provide excellent, safe, and compassionate care, fostering an inclusive and supportive working environment.
