Responsibilities- Establishing, maintaining, and improving project procedures and production of monthly reporting progress data.
- Controlling the I&M project wide reporting for all areas and ensuring all areas work to the required standard.
- Managing and handling data for reporting purposes.
- Support the planning team to establish Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and ensure that monthly reporting is accurate, including any additional measures required under the contract.
- Ensure that client reporting requirements are always met.
- Be client focused and aware of the client's priorities and develop into the plans. Cascade a positive approach to meeting these down through the team.
- Managing Project Engineer(s) and other staff as appropriate.
- Project Management experience (as part of a team or otherwise).
- Numeracy and ability to create and use Excel spreadsheets, summarizing and communicating performance data clearly and concisely.
- To be able to implement & manage large monitoring contracts.
- Extensive understanding of GeoMos or T4D for ATS systems and add in functions for tilts, shape arrays, inclinometers etc.
- Extensive understanding of StarNet software.
- Extensive experience with all automated monitoring systems – ATS, Tilt Sensors, Shape Arrays, Inclinometers etc.
